If you are a KHO official who would like to be evaluated during a KHO game, please complete the Request Form below.

Please understand that submitting this request does not guarantee an in-person evaluation.  Once the request is received, KHO will make an effort to schedule an evaluator to watch you officiate and appraise your abilities. You will be informed in advance of the specific game for which you will be evaluated. The evaluation may be conducted through off-ice observation by an in-person evaluator, from your on-ice partner, or via video review by a remote evaluator.

After the game, the evaluator will meet with you in the locker room or contact you via telephone to discuss specifics about your performance. Please listen to all feedback, take notes, and ask questions. Remember: evaluators are there to help make you a better official.
